Refund Policy

Last updated: [EFFECTIVE_DATE]

Fill before publishing: [LEGAL_NAME], [CONTACT_EMAIL], [DOMAIN]. This reflects a 14-day money-back + cancel-anytime model — confirm it's the policy you want to honor (it's the recommended, Paddle-friendly, trust-building default). Not legal advice; review recommended.

This Refund Policy is part of our Terms of Service. Payments for ListIQ are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, so refunds are issued through Paddle and are also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms. Nothing here limits the statutory consumer rights you may have under U.S. state law, Canadian provincial consumer-protection law, or other applicable law.

1. Try before you pay

Every account can run the free audit at no cost and with no card required. We encourage you to use it before subscribing, so you know what you're getting.

2. 14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a new paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for that subscription. We'll refund that initial charge — no need to justify it.

3. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via the link in your payment receipt / Paddle. When you cancel:

  • your subscription will not renew;
  • you keep access until the end of the billing period you've already paid for;
  • there is no cancellation fee and no contract lock-in.

4. Renewals

  • Monthly plans: because you can cancel anytime before the next renewal, renewal charges are generally non-refundable once a new monthly period begins, except where required by law or at our discretion for a clear error (e.g. duplicate charge).
  • Annual plans: outside the 14-day window, annual renewals are generally non-refundable for the remainder of the term; you keep access through the paid period. We may, at our discretion or where law requires, provide a prorated refund.

5. How to request a refund

Email [CONTACT_EMAIL] from your account email with your order/receipt details, or use the support link in your Paddle receipt. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Errors and exceptions

We'll always refund clear billing errors (e.g. duplicate or accidental charges). We may decline refunds in cases of abuse (for example, repeatedly subscribing and refunding, or violating our Terms). Where mandatory consumer law gives you a broader right to a refund or cancellation, that law applies and overrides any narrower term here.

7. Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to — not instead of — any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you have where you live, including under applicable U.S. state and Canadian provincial consumer-protection law. We honor those rights.
